Enrollment Policy
Children between the ages of 6 weeks to 5 years old are eligible for enrollment. When you register your child, you sign an agreement to abide by the policies of the Academy and to be financially responsible for all fees.


Children will be admitted in the following order or preference until maximum enrollment is achieved:
 
  1. Siblings
  2. Full-Time Children
  3. Part-Time Children

    Children are enrolled in the order in which applications are received. When space is not available, the application form will be kept on file and the child's name will be placed on a waiting list, the order of which is determined by the "Date of Application" on the enrollment form.


    The registration forms must be completed prior to the first day your child attends school. The following forms are required by the Academy as well as the State of Louisiana:
    • Application / Emergency Information Form
    • Child's Immunization Record
    • Parent Consent Form
    • Parent Handbook & Tuition Acceptance Form
